If you have not used your AAdvantage award ticket and it has not expired, you can request to have your AAdvantage mileage reinstated. Partially used tickets cannot be reinstated and miles that would have expired will not be reinstated.
When requesting a reinstatement, a $150 USD processing fee will be charged per account for the first award. Any additional awards reinstated to the same account at the same time will have a $25 USD per award add-on charge.
