1 Offer valid until December 31, 2011. For the Visa Signature and Visa Business, 10,000 American Airlines AAdvantage miles will appear as a bonus in your AAdvantage account 8-10 weeks after $1,000 in card purchases within 3 months of card membership. For the Visa Infinite, 10,000 American Airlines AAdvantage miles will appear as a bonus in your AAdvantage account 8-10 weeks after $1,000 in card purchases within 3 months of card membership and 40,000 additional AAdvantage bonus miles after $50,000 in card purchases within 12 months of card membership. Your account must be open and in good standing to qualify for AAdvantage bonus miles.
2 For the Visa Signature and Visa Business, 1.1 AAdvantage miles per $1 spent on purchases. For the Visa Infinite, 1.5 AAdvantage miles per $1 spent on purchases. The maximum number of American Airlines AAdvantage miles you can earn is 60,000 AAdvantage miles per calendar year for the Visa Signature and 150,000 for the Visa Business. AAdvantage bonus miles are excluded from this cap. AAdvantage Executive Platinum®, AAdvantage Platinum® and AAdvantage Gold® members are excluded from this limit. Visa Infinite does not have a mileage cap per calendar year. AAdvantage miles are earned on eligible credit card purchases.
3 Provided that once every 18 months you (a) redeem American Airlines AAdvantage miles or (b) earn them on American Airlines, American Eagle, or the AmericanConnection carriers or (c) earn AAdvantage miles with an AAdvantage participant, including purchases made with your Popular / AAdvantage® credit card.
