1 TD® / AAdvantage® Platinum Visa Card is issued by and is the property of The Toronto-Dominion Bank.
2 AAdvantage miles are awarded for purchases charged to the card. Credit for returned items, refunds, rebates,
or other similar credits will reduce or cancel the AAdvantage miles earned by the amount originally charged to your card.
Fees, Cash Advances (including Balance Transfers and TD Visa Cheques), interest charges, optional services, refunds, rebates,
or similar credits do not earn AAdvantage miles.
3 AAdvantage bonus miles will be awarded to the Primary Cardholder only after first use of new Visa Account. Please
allow six to eight weeks after your first transaction appears on your Visa statement for AAdvantage bonus miles to be credited
to your AAdvantage account with American Airlines. Offer may be changed, withdrawn, or extended at any time and cannot be combined
with any other offer.
4 Bonus miles will be awarded to the Primary Cardholder only. Please allow four to six weeks for AAdvantage bonus miles to appear on
your TD Visa statement after your annual renewal fee for the card has been processed.
5 Doubling of earned AAdvantage miles applies to purchases using your TD® / AAdvantage® card for items such as airline
travel, Admirals Club® memberships, or flight upgrades to the extent made directly through American Airlines and not third parties
such as travel agencies or Web sites.
6 Passenger is responsible for any applicable taxes and charges associated with travel awards of up to
(a) USD $46-$60 for U.S. domestic travel and (b) USD $70-$175 for international travel. AAdvantage award travel may include
redemption of miles earned through purchases of goods and services. A USD $15 charge applies to telephone reservations.
In order to avoid additional charges, please ticket your reservation(s) at least 21 days in advance. Award reservations ticketed within
21 days of departure will incur a USD $50 or USD $100 AAdvantage Award Charge for the first award plus USD $25 for each additional award
(regardless of when the reservation was placed on hold).
