Missing Miles
Allow eight weeks for AAdvantage miles to post to your account. To request missing miles, visit our Non-Air Mileage Credit section and contact this AAdvantage program participant. Be prepared to provide additional information such as AAdvantage number, receipt copies, contracts, travel dates, etc.
^A stay is defined as any number of consecutive nights at any one hotel regardless of check-ins or check-outs. Earn AAdvantage miles when paying eligible rates. Guest name must match frequent flyer membership name to earn AAdvantage miles. Please allow six to eight weeks after hotel stay for AAdvantage mile postings to occur.
