Missing Mileage Credit

Allow eight weeks for AAdvantage miles to post to your account. To request missing miles, visit our Non-Air Mileage Credit page to contact this AAdvantage program participant. Be prepared to provide additional information such as AAdvantage number, receipt copies, contracts, travel dates.

All rentals eligible with the exception of free, complimentary, travel industry rates and certain tour products.
Any rental that encompasses the use of either a single car for more than one day, or different cars on the same or consecutive days in the same location, shall be counted as a single rental, even if the member checks the car in and back out during the same period.
The car must be rented in member's name to earn mileage
Only one AAdvantage member per car rental will be credited with AAdvantage miles
