Missing Mileage Procedure
Allow 12 weeks after the close of your utility billing cycle for AAdvantage miles to post to your account. To request
missing miles, visit our
Non-Air Mileage Credit section to contact this AAdvantage program participant. Be prepared to provide additional
information such as AAdvantage number and your electricity statement.
Terms and Conditions
* AAdvantage members
will earn two miles for every $1 spent on
the supply portion of the monthly bill. 3,000
bonus miles will be awarded to AAdvantage
members at the close of the second billing
cycle with Energy Plus. Promotional mileage
and bonus offer only available to new Energy
Plus customers. AAdvantage members signing
up for Energy Plus service save by qualifying
to have the sales tax waived
off of the delivery portion of the monthly
bill. Sales tax can be up to 9.75% of the
delivery portion of the monthly bill. Energy
Plus reserves the right to discontinue or
modify the program and other special offers
