All U.S. Cities - Check in at the American Airlines ticket counter.

Connections and Airport Transfers
Eastbound
Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport - Passengers arriving from the United States will clear Immigration and Customs and collect all checked baggage and proceed to the SNCF/tgvair Air "Special Counter" in the train departure area.

Westbound
Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport - Passengers arriving at Paris Charles de Gaulle by train will proceed with their baggage to the American Airlines ticket counter in Terminal 2A.

Services and Amenities
Checked Baggage and Boarding Passes
United States Departures - Baggage will be checked to Paris and boarding passes will be issued for flights to Paris only. Passengers arriving from the United States will clear Immigration and Customs, collect all checked baggage and proceed to the SNCF/tgvair train departure area to exchange ticket for a seat assignment with SNCF.
Checked Bag Charges may apply to any flight operated by American Airlines.

Departures from any codeshare city within France: Passengers will check in with SNCF/tgvair at City Centre Station and carry luggage onto train. Exchange flight coupon for rail ticket and seat assignment. Insert Rail ticket in orange machine to validate, then provide Rail ticket to conductor onboard train.

Classes of Service Offered
SNCF offers First Class and Economy Class service on all train services.

Pre-reserved Seats
Not offered on SNCF rail services. Seating requests may be made upon check in with SNCF.

Special Meals
Not offered on SNCF rail services. Beverages and snacks may be purchased from a rolling cart or in the dining car.

Smoking Policy
SNCF rail services offers a smoking preference.

Fleet
SNCF operates high-speed rail service to/from Charles De Gaulle Airport.

Lounge access
When traveling in First Class or Business Class on American Airlines, customers may use the Admirals Club® lounge on the day of travel. View more information about the AmericanAirlines Admirals Club program.

AAdvantage Information

Mileage Accrual
Earn miles on American Airlines codeshare service operated by SNCF French Rail. Your ticket must reflect an "AA" coded flight number. Just provide your AAdvantage number when you make your reservations or when you check in for your flight. View more information on rules for earning miles.

Elite Status Qualification
You can earn elite status qualifying miles, points, and segments that count toward AAdvantage Gold®, AAdvantage Platinum® and AAdvantage Executive Platinum® membership on American Airlines codeshare service operated by SNCF French Rail. Your ticket must reflect an "AA" coded flight number. View more information about elite status.

Award Redemption
You may not redeem mileage for travel on American Airlines codeshare service operated by SNCF French Rail. SNCF French Rail is not a participant in the AAdvantage program.

Make reservations online via aa.com.
To make changes to your American Airlines codeshare flight(s), call American Airlines Reservations at 1-800-433-7300 in the U.S. (including Puerto Rico) and Canada. For all other locations, please contact your local American Airlines reservations office.
