Connections and Airport Transfers

Eastbound
Passengers arriving from the United States will clear Immigration and Customs at their first point of entry in Belgium. Passengers connecting to flights to Africa will transit to their connecting gates without clearing Immigration and Customs.

Westbound
Passengers arriving from Brussels will clear Immigration and Customs at their first point of entry into the United States.

Checked Baggage and Boarding Passes
Check your baggage through to your final destination and obtain boarding passes for all American Airlines codeshare flights operated by Brussels Airlines.

Classes of Service Offered
Brussels Airlines offers Business Class and Economy Class service on all flights to/from Africa. Flights within Europe are Economy Class service only.

Special Meals
Dietary meals are offered on flights operated by Brussels Airlines, provided meal service is offered. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all special meal requests.
