American Airlines Supplier Diversity: Registration

Registration for American Airlines' Supplier Diversity Program is now automated. Please complete the 10-step process to register your company.

If you are a new supplier registering for the first time, the system will prompt you to create a password for the registration process and to allow you to update your record as needed.

Once you have completed the 10-step process, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that includes the name and contact information for the person within American that is responsible for the area that you have selected as your primary business category. When you receive this information, please contact that person to begin a dialog about bidding opportunities at American and the timing of those opportunities.

If you are currently in our database or are not sure whether you are still in our database, please send an e-mail to supplierdiversity@aa.com to receive your password. Once you receive it, you can access your record to update it as you find necessary.

Please note that your certification document will need to be faxed to 817-931-6947. Once we receive that document, your status will be updated by our staff to reflect receipt of the certification.
