Refund For Tickets Purchased By Credit Cards

Tickets purchased with credit cards can be refunded by issuing travel agency or by mailing them to Passenger Refunds. If mailing tickets or e-ticket information, include note requesting refund.

Refund will be issued to credit card company, not cardholder.

Visibility of a credit on a statement is a function of the credit card company billing cycle. Credit should appear on one of the next two statements.
