Expired Ticket / VCR Refunds - Ticket Aged Fee

All requests for information or a refund of an expired paper refundable ticket or a purged refundable VCR (over 13 months since date of first coupon) are subject to the aged ticket investigation fee, in addition to any applicable change fee.

All requests must be made in writing to Passenger Refunds.

The aged ticket investigation fee is $100 USD/$145 CAD.

Refunds on refundable fare tickets are not allowed on tickets submitted more than 3 years from the date of issuance of the original ticket.

Non-refundable Tickets

Non-refundable fare tickets issued since January 1, 2002, are valid for one year from the date of issuance.

Expired non-refundable fare tickets issued between April 9, 1992 and December 31, 2001, must be mailed to:
