Refunds And Lost Ticket Applications Are Now Available At AA.com
Agencies and customers can now go online at AA.com to submit refund requests and lost ticket applications. Requests will be accepted for any paper or electronic tickets that are less than 13 months old.
Agencies and customers can also immediately check the status of their refund request and obtain facsimile information that can be used for a ticket copy.
All eligible refund requests and lost ticket applications will be accepted online but some may require manual review before processing is completed.
AA Travel Agent Refund Queue
Sabre travel agents may make refund inquiries through a queue message. Responses will also be directed back through Sabre using the agency pseudo city code as an address. In addition, you will be able to check the status of a previously requested refund.
Using the message mode in Sabre, type the following:

5 TKT 001 1234123123
5 PAX JONES/CHARLES
5 PLEASE ADV STATUS OF REF SUBMITTED 1/15/90

Upon receipt, the investigation will be accomplished by the designated account service representative in Refund Customer Service and the following message will be queue-placed back to the travel agent pseudo city.
