Duplicate Tickets

If a passenger has duplicate tickets issued by an agency for the same dates of travel/same routing, the agency may request a refund of the duplicate non-refundable ticket to the original form of payment: The agent may either:

  • Contact the Passenger Sales Electronic Support Desk (ESD) at 1-800-233-3229. A duplicate ticket fee applies.
  • You may complete and send the Travel Agency Duplicate Ticket Refund Request form on In the Refunds page, click Travel Agency – Duplicate Ticket Refund Request in the Email Subject list, and then complete the form. A duplicate ticket fee debit memo is issued.
