Duplicate Tickets

If a passenger has duplicate tickets issued by an agency for the same dates of travel/same routing, the agency may request a refund of the duplicate non-refundable ticket to the original form of payment: The agent may either:

  • You may submit the refund request via :
    • if the duplicate ticket is in a separate PNR from the original ticket in comments indicate the duplicate ticket
    • If the duplicate ticket is in the same PNR with the original ticket, submit request after travel has completed, in comments indicate the duplicate ticket
  • Contact the Passenger Sales Electronic Support Desk (ESD) at 1-800-233-3229. A duplicate ticket fee applies.
