Duplicate Tickets

If a passenger has duplicate tickets issued by an agency for the same dates of travel/same routing, the agency may request a refund of the duplicate non-refundable ticket to the original form of payment. This may be done via aa.com or by contacting Passenger Sales Support Center/ESD (Electronic Support Desk) at 1-800-233-3229. A duplicate ticket fee may apply.
