Japan Suspension of Service - Schedule Change

Due to a continued decrease in demand for air travel, American will suspend its JFK service to HND for the following dates:
- AA135 JFKHND will be suspended September 4, 2011 – May 31, 2012
- AA134 HNDJFK will be suspended September 6, 2011 – June 2, 2012
Schedule change processing will rebook customers to alternate NRT flights. A protection option has been implemented refer to Japan Suspension of Service - Schedule Change

Northeast U.S. Earthquake

A 6.0 earthquake has hit the Northeast in Virginia, Washington, D.C. and New York areas. American Airlines has reported no major damage to any of its facilities. American Airlines plans to continue a routine operation. Customers impacted by cancelled or delayed flights will need to follow Schedule Irregularity procedures.
