ARC Memo Manager

American Airlines Travel Agency Services announces they will begin using ARC Memo Manager on December 18, 2008. When implemented, all newly issued memos effective that date will be distributed electronically through ARC Memo Manager. American Airlines Travel Agency Services has also announced plans to upload limited historical data for open memos effective that date issued prior to December 17, 2008. By participation, the memo process transitions to an electronic environment.
