Re-entering Secure Flight Passenger Data (SFPD)
Updated: 17Dec12
Revised: 24Jan13

When making changes to a customer's itinerary that involve adding, changing, and/or confirming schedule change for Other Airline (OA) segments, you are required to resubmit the Secure Flight Passenger Data (SFPD) data. Examples are if you are changing from AA*/BA to AA*/IB, or if you are changing from a prime to a codeshare fight, and if the ticket has already been issued. According to Secure Flight Passenger Data (SFPD) FAQs, the purpose of this requirement is to ensure that SFPD data is transmitted properly to the OA system. This requirement applies to PNRs that are on a courtesy hold or ticketed. Failure to follow the proper steps can result in cancellation of the OA segments due to the lack of DOCS and DOCO data. This would be a disservice to the customer.

Argentina Entry Fees For Business And Leisure Travel
Updated: 22Jan13

Effective immediately for arrivals to Ezeiza International airport (EZE), all U.S., Australian, or Canadian passport holders on tourist or business travel must pay the reciprocity rates (USD $160 for Americans) with their credit card through the on-line system. The Reciprocity fee is valid for 10 years and can be transferred to your new passport should it expire before the 10 year Reciprocity Fee expires. The Government of Argentina has advised carriers that passengers arriving without the pre-payment receipt will be denied entry and ordered removed from the country. Please see Argentina Entry Fee for complete details.
