TSA Secure Flight Final Phase
October 21, 2010
As a reminder, we are moving closer to the TSA's Secure Flight Program's final phase-in date of November 1, and, as such, it's important to understand the government's requirements and the significance of compliance.
Without Secure Flight Passenger Data present in the reservation, a passenger cannot travel. Further, failure to provide corresponding and TSA-mandatory SSR DOCS SFPD data may result in a debit memo of $50 per passenger, per reservation. An administrative fee of $50 also will be assessed.
