Pedro Fábregas

Pedro Fábregas was named an officer of AMR Corporation, the parent company of American Airlines, and Senior Vice President of Customer Services at American Eagle Airlines in November 2011.

He continues to serve as President and CEO of Executive Airlines — the American Eagle regional affiliate that operates in Miami, the Bahamas and the Caribbean on behalf of American Airlines — a post he began in July 2008. He previously served as Vice President of Finance and Planning and Chief Financial Officer.

In his current role, Fábregas oversees more than 8,500 employees and is responsible for all airport and flight attendant operations for the more than 1,500 daily flights to nearly 160 cities throughout the United States, Canada, the Bahamas, Mexico and the Caribbean. American Eagle carries in excess of 19 million customers annually.

Fábregas joined American Airlines in 1983. He is a member of the American Airlines Federal Credit Union Board of Directors.

Fábregas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Administration & Finance from the University of the Sacred Heart (Puerto Rico) and a Master of Arts degree from the University of Miami School of Business Administration, located in Coral Gables, Florida. He is a member of the University of Miami Board of Overseers.
