Code of Ethics


We train all upper-level management and identified lower-level management and non-management employees through our Business Ethics, Safety & Compliance Program and annual Compliance Certification.

The Standards of Business Conduct of American Airlines Group Inc. address many areas of our business practice, including illegal or unethical conduct, antitrust, anticorruption, intellectual property, conflicts of interest, and workplace conduct. The Standards apply to all employees of American Airlines Group Inc. and its subsidiaries except for US Airways Group, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiaries, including our CEO and other executive officers. The US Airways Group, Inc. Code of Business Conduct and Ethics applies to employees, officers and members of the Board of Directors of US Airways Group, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiaries.
