American Airlines has a longstanding relationship with the Spanish community – at both the local and national level. As a company in the business of bringing people together every day from across the globe, we know it's important that our customers, suppliers and the communities we serve see themselves reflected in our employees and our company. So we take a holistic approach, bringing all of our assets – our talented people, our products and services, our relationships with Hispanic suppliers and our partnerships with national and local Hispanic organizations – together to deliver what our Latino customers value.

We have dedicated sales, marketing, advertising and communications teams focused on developing direct relationships with the Hispanic customer in the U.S. And our continued interaction with the Hispanic community – through volunteerism and other in-kind support of such pillar organizations as the League of United Latin American Citizens, the National Council of La Raza (NCLR) and the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, among others – has allowed us to develop the right products to serve this thriving and vibrant market.
