To get started with the AmericanAirlines UATP program, print a copy of our application (see below). For all other inquiries or to request more information, contact Customer Service.


Print out and complete the Company Credit Application (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader). Return the application and the following supporting financial documents:
  • The company's previous two (2) years of financial statements and the company's latest year-to-date interim financial statement, including prior year comparisons, if available.

  • If your company is a non-profit organization, provide an evaluation of performance against budget for the previous two (2) years.

Upon credit approval, we will forward a UATP Subscribers Contract to you for signature by the appropriate corporate officer. Your account(s) will not be activated until you have executed and returned the necessary legal document(s) to us. We will also ask you to designate a Program Administrator, who will complete other implementation-related documents, including selection of MIS reports.
