Low Group Fares
Groups traveling to any American Airlines or oneworld Alliance partner destination can secure a low-rate fare
and may block space, up to 11 months in advance, when traveling together on American Airlines
to the same city. We provide additional flexibility to these groups by offering
the following features with your guaranteed fare:
- Names and ticketing 30 days prior to departure (ticketing dates vary by destination)
- One free name change per ticket up to 48 hours prior to departure
- Saturday-night stay not required

Discount Air Fares
Even when you're not traveling together, your group can receive 5% off applicable
published air fares when 10 or more travel to the same city. These discounts are available
for travel worldwide. Discounts do not apply to certain restricted fares and excluded sale fare inventories.

Self-Service Check-In For Large Parties And Groups
Groups of 10 or more passengers booked on a single reservation can check in individually with our
Self-Service machines. With this feature, families and large parties can avoid long check-in lines at ticket
