Other ways you can pay
You can use Affirm and pay for your travel over time with a series of payments that work with your budget. Affirm can be used to pay for flights and seats, but is not available for other extras like bags.

Payment options through Affirm are subject to eligibility and are provided by Affirm’s lending partners.
You can use PayPal for all travel except award tickets on aa.com or the American Airlines app if you reside in the U.S. or the United Kingdom. PayPal charges a cross border fee to residents of other countries.
When you’re ready to pay, choose PayPal and you’ll be redirected to their website to log in and confirm your payment. If your payment is declined by PayPal, your reservation will be canceled.
