What happens if I do not have a boarding pass?
If you do not have a boarding pass you should proceed directly to the departure terminal of the airline operating your next flight.
Do I have to pick up my luggage or check-in again?
If your bags have been labelled to your final destination and you were given a boarding pass for your onward flight then your luggage will be taken care of. However, if your connecting flight departs from another airport please make sure you collect your luggage to re-check in unless instructed otherwise.
How do I get between Terminals?
If your connecting flight leaves from a different terminal, there are free Flight Connections buses which run frequently between terminals.
