Can I purchase the day pass for use by another individual*? |

Online - you must designate the visitor's name when purchasing the day pass. The Purchaser does not have to be a visitor.
Self-Service Machine - Only names in the reservation checking in together can be selected, limit 9 passes per check-in session.
*Active AMR employees are not eligible to purchase or use a One-Day Pass for their personal use when traveling on a non-revenue ticket.

What if I forget to bring the printout with confirmation for the pass(es) purchased? |

While we will attempt to verify the purchase from our data records, if we are unable to confirm the transaction, the visitor must purchase another day pass and show a government-issued ID to access the lounge(s). |

No, guests are not permitted, however,
up to 3 children under the age of 18
are admitted free with an adult visitor who holds the One Day Pass.
Additional One-Day Passes may be purchased for $50* each.
*Fee is subject to any applicable country tax law when purchased in-club.
**Active AMR employees are not eligible to purchase or use a One-Day Pass for their personal use when traveling on a non-revenue ticket.

Do I receive a receipt
for my one day pass purchase? |

Online - An email is sent to the purchaser with a confirmation number for the purchase and a list of all one day pass numbers issued for each
visitor. In addition, if an email address is provided, each visitor will receive an email with their One Day Pass(es) attached in PDF format.
If the purchaser does not provide an email address for the visitor(s), the email containing the One Day Pass for the visitor(s) will be sent
to the purchaser along with the confirmation email. In addition, if the purchaser is also a visitor, he/she will receive two
emails: the confirmation email and an email with their One Day Pass(es) attached in a PDF format.
Self-Service Machine - A sales receipt for the entire purchase is printed at the kiosk. In addition, a separate One Day Pass is printed
at the kiosk for each visitor. |

If I purchase a Day Pass is the Wi-Fi Wireless Internet Access complimentary? |

Yes. It is complimentary for members and One-Day Pass guests in lounges in the United States and Puerto Rico designated as T-Mobile® HotSpot. Wi-Fi access is available for other customers by purchasing a membership or a subscription to T-Mobile® HotSpot. High-speed Wi-Fi access is complimentary at all of our Latin American lounges, and available for a fee in most of our other international lounge locations.

Online - you do not have to specify a day the pass will be used - One Day Passes are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Is the pass valid for connecting flights? |

If you are traveling through multiple cities with lounges, you may use the day pass to access more than one lounge that day. If traveling overnight, the pass is also valid at the first point of arrival the following day.
