Bag Status Information For Partner Carriers

If you received a baggage reference file number at the airport or over the phone from your oneworld partner carrier, you can check the status of your bag using the WorldTracer® baggage tracking service. For the carriers listed below, please contact the airline directly to check your bag status.

How to use the oneworld Baggage Tracker

  1. Enter the baggage file reference number. It will have five letters followed by five numbers (e.g. JFKBA12345). Note: Your delayed or missing baggage file reference number is not the same as the number on the baggage receipts you received when you checked in for your flight.
