- Product bundles (Choice Essential and Choice Plus) are only available on flights within the continental United States and operated and marketed by American Airlines, or marketed by American Airlines and operated by American Eagle or American Connection carriers
- Products in bundles are non-transferrable within a reservation or between passengers' reservations
- Bundle bonus miles are calculated using the base miles flown. On shorter flights, a minimum mileage may be applied
- Bundle bonus miles do not count toward elite status qualification or Million MilerSM status
- Although a change fee will not be charged to a passenger who has purchased a bundle and changes their ticketed itinerary, applicable fare difference may still apply
- First bag fee is waived for passengers who have purchased a bundle (third bag fee waived for AAdvantage Gold and Platinum members, fourth bag for AAdvantage Executive Platinum). Passengers checking additional baggage must pay the second or additional bag fee as applicable
- Same-Day Flight Change will be offered to passengers who have purchased a bundle beginning 24 hours prior to departure through the check-in window, based on availability of eligible inventory
- Same-Day Flight Change reservations are subject to cancellation unless passengers have checked in and obtained a boarding pass within the check-in window. Passengers must be present at the departure gate and ready to board at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time to retain their reservations
- Passengers who are eligible for Same-Day Standby through a bundle purchase may only standby for a flight earlier than their booked reservation
- Beverage coupon is valid for one standard size wine, cocktail or beer or one headset on the American Airlines/American Eagle itinerary and date listed, subject to availability
- Passengers must be 21 years or older to redeem coupon for alcoholic beverage
- Beverage coupon has no cash value
- Alcohol may not be available on some flights
- American Airlines expressly reserves the right in its absolute discretion to discontinue any products at any time. American Airlines will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by a purchaser resulting from such refusal, cancellation or denial
- American Airlines reserves the right to remove any passenger for inappropriate behavior, including, but not limited to, conduct that is disruptive, abusive or violent. Such passengers will not be entitled to a refund
- No refunds will be offered when a passenger does not show for a flight and does not cancel his or her itinerary before departure
- Refundability of product bundles is based on the purchased fare. There will be no partial refunds of individual bundled products
