oneworld® has invited Qatar Airways, one of the world's fastest-growing and most highly rated airlines, to join the oneworld family. The addition of Qatar Airways will expand oneworld to include 12 member airlines, with Qatar Airways as the second member airline based in the Middle East, giving you even more opportunities to travel the world while you earn AAdvantage® miles.

More Travel Options

As a member of oneworld, Qatar Airways will offer access to 15 new destinations in three countries, including Iran, Rwanda and the Seychelles. Qatar Airways also provides convenient one-stop connections across hundreds of city pairs such as flights between Asia and Southern Europe or between Asia and Africa.

Beginning March 31, 2013, our codeshare with Qatar Airways will offer seamless travel choices between the United States and the Middle East, including:
  • Nonstop flights between New York (JFK), Chicago (ORD), Houston (IAH), Washington, DC (IAD) and Qatar's hub Doha International Airport (DOH)
  • Flights throughout key European gateways, including Paris and London, connecting the United States and the Middle East
