Frequently Asked Questions »Customers will have the option of using a self-service kiosk to input the number of checked bags and pay any charges due. The machine updates the reservation, records the tag number and prints the bag tag(s) and receipt. Tags printed by the self-service kiosk will remain inactive until activated by an AA agent or authorized representative, and will have a purple border on the front to indicate Self Tag.
