^1. To be eligible for miles, you must state intention of applying through American Airlines AAdvantage Mileage program and request to receive miles at time of application. Wells Fargo Home Mortgage requires the AAdvantage number in their system at application. This program is not retroactive. If AAdvantage number is not provided at application, AAdvantage miles will not be awarded. The American Airlines AAdvantage Mileage program is effective only on loans originated and closed through 1-866-324-8127. The American Airlines AAdvantage Mileage program cannot be combined with any existing Wells Fargo Home Mortgage incentive programs. The offer does not apply to assumption or modification loans, loans or home equity loans or lines of credit originated through any Wells Fargo retail branches, brokers, joint ventures or other third parties. Miles awarded for home equity loans and lines of credit are based on the initial funded balance of a new home equity account. Miles for Home Equity transactions are only earned on the initial amount advanced on the closing date (funding may occur upon expiration of any applicable rescission period) and will not be earned on the total line of credit amount (unless fully advanced on the closing date) or on future advances. Miles will post to your account within six weeks after your funding date.
