to make travel arrangements for any association or company meeting. By designating American Airlines
as the official airline for your next meeting or convention, your meeting attendees will receive
special savings and bonus discounts on air fares. In addition, this program offers many ways for your
association or company to save money.

Discount Air Fares
Meeting attendees can receive 5% off published fares when 10 or more fly
American Airlines, American Eagle®, AmericanConnection® or itineraries that connect to a oneworldTM member airline.
Passengers may travel from various originating cities to a common destination that is serviced by American Airlines or a oneworld Alliance Partner. Discounts do not apply to certain restricted fares and excluded sale fare inventories.

Low-Rate Zone Fares
For association or company meetings of 10 or more, we will guarantee economical
fares from different geographical zones of departure to your destination. Domestic zone-fare discounts range
from 40% to 70% off full, unrestricted Coach rates. Zone fares require no Saturday-night stay, so they're ideal
for mid-week meetings. Zone fares are valid for travel originating in the United States or Canada for meetings
in North America, Europe, the Caribbean, Latin America and the Pacific.

Site Inspection Tickets
Need to visit your meeting destination for an inspection?
- American Airlines extends reduced-rate tickets for site inspections based on your meeting potential.
- When you need a rental car during your visit, Avis® extends special site inspection rates.
Earned Staff Tickets
- Your association or company can earn
tickets based on the number of travelers
tracked under your special group code
(STAR file number) Authorization Number.
- If you contract at least three meetings within a three month period, all on the same agreement, you can earn tickets based on accumulated passenger totals.

Special Rental Car Rates
AmericanAirlines Group & Meeting Travel has formed a preferred partnership with Avis® to
provide you with additional ways to save on group and meeting travel. Now, when you contract your group or meeting
through American Airlines, you'll receive unlimited Avis cars at reduced rates.

Self-Service Check-In For Large Parties And Groups
Groups of 10 or more passengers booked on a single reservation can check in individually
with our Self-Service machines. With this feature, families and large parties can avoid long check-in lines at
