Follow the screen prompted software installation instructions.
The American Airlines Electronic Timetable is now installed on your PC or laptop and a shortcut to the program is available on your desktop. Double click the AA Timetable icon on your desktop to launch the program.
Ensure that you have installed ActiveSync on your PC.
Select Pocket PC Download and wait for the download dialog box to load.
Select "Run from Current Location" option.
Wait for the AmericanPocketPC.exe file to download.
Follow the screen-prompted software installation instructions.
If your Pocket PC is in its cradle, the American Airlines Pocket PC Timetable will be installed directly to your Pocket PC.
If your Pocket PC is not in its cradle, the American Airlines Pocket PC Timetable will be installed with your next ActiveSync.
Updates currently require a download and reinstallation of the American Airlines Pocket PC Timetable.
The American Airlines Pocket PC Timetable is now installed on your Pocket PC and a program icon is in the Programs folder of your Pocket PC. Please tap the American program icon on your Pocket PC to launch the American Airlines Pocket PC Timetable.
American Palm OS Timetable has a NEW VERSION. If you have any version 3.0.x please delete the current American Palm OS Timetable Application from your device and download version 4.0. Version 3.0.x American Palm OS Timetable Database updates will no longer be supported.
The American Palm OS Timetable can be updated automatically with a CONDUIT application or it can be updated manually.
CONDUIT Windows
NOTE: You need Internet Explorer 4 or higher installed on your computer with Windows 98/2000/XP or Windows NT 4.0 or higher. If your system does not meet the minimum requirements select Manual.The American Palm OS Timetable can be updated automatically with a conduit application or it can be updated manually.
Double click and follow the instructions to install the downloaded file ('AAPalmSetup.exe').
After installing, automatically update the Timetable with a current database via the HotSync process. The American Palm OS Timetable totals approximately 280KB on your handheld.
Macintosh
(NOTE: You need MacOS 8.6 or higher. If your system does not meet the minimum requirements you will need to install the Application file and manually download the flight schedule database each time you update.
Install "American.prc" by dragging and dropping it on the HotSync Manager.
Synchronize your device.
After installing, automatically update the Timetable with a current database via the HotSync process. The American Palm OS Timetable totals approximately 280KB on your handheld.
If this is your first time downloading the Palm OS version of the American Airlines Electronic Timetable, download both the application and the current flight schedule database. The flight schedule database is updated weekly. The application is approximately 80k, while the current schedule is approximately 200k in size.

Select the Internet Minibrowser option from your Internet enabled mobile phone or PDA including Internet Enabled Palm, Pocket PC and Blackberry devices
Enter www.aa.com in the Minibrowser
Click OK
Bookmark the AA Internet enabled page on your phone or PDA for future use
View the www.aa.com menu and select the desired feature
For Schedules:
Enter Departure and Arrival City/Airports by airport code or city name
Select Flight Date and Time of Day to narrow your search
Select Display Output Format
Receive the requested Flight Schedule
Scroll to view summary flight information
Select desired flight for drill down information
For Flight Status: By Flight Number:
Enter the Flight number
Click OK and receive Flight Status
Scroll to view information
By Departure or Arrival City:
Select 'By Departures' or 'By Arrivals'
Enter Departure and Arrival City/Airports by airport code or city name
Click OK and receive Flight Status for all flights between the selected city pair
