Paying Onboard American* Flights |
|
|
On June 1, American Airlines* implemented cashless cabins onboard flights within the U.S. and between the U.S. and Canada! However, international flights (except from flights between the U.S. and Canada) still accept cash as a possible form of payment.
Onboard flights within the U.S. and between the U.S. and Canada, for in-flight purchases, we accept most major credit or debit cards. Our flight attendants use wireless handheld devices to quickly swipe your card and provide receipts upon request.
For more information about onboard dining and entertainment purchases, visit the Entertainment and Dining sections on AA.com. Learn more about our new cashless cabins.
*American Eagle and AmericanConnection® are not accepting credit cards for onboard purchases at this time.
