Stow your good intentions under the seat and prepare for a little indulgence. Everything we serve has been carefully chosen for freshness and flavour - in fact our award winning menu has been created by three of the world's best known chefs: Stephen Pyles, Dean Fearing and Nancy Barocci. On flights departing from Europe, we also work with local chefs to create meals indicative of the departing country. So whether it's the seafood appetizer or the lamb shank with tomato coulis, it's the best eating to be found at 35,000 feet.

  • Service to suit you in First and Business, you choose your meal times. There are four entrees to choose from and our Quick Cuisine service for those with plenty of work on their plate. (Though we'd hope everyone finds time for Ben & Jerry's ice cream for dessert!)

  • Garnered with every award going, you'll find our in-flight wine list is really something to savour. For instance our Bordeaux, Chateau Batailley Grand Cru 2000, won the Best Business Class Red Wine category at the Business Traveller and Wine International Cellars in the Sky Awards.
