AD75 Fares (For Travel Agents) in Ireland
Please use the following procedures to request an AD75 (for Travel Agents in Ireland)
- Only IATA appointed travel agencies are entitled to AD75 reduced rate tickets.
- Only applications received on official IATA letterheads with a proper IATA resolution 880 will be considered
for processing.
- At least 10 days advance notice is required.
- AD50 concessions are only available for legal spouse.
- AD75 reduced rate travel can only be offered on domestic sectors when American Airlines is also the transatlantic
carrier on an AD75. Any other applications should be directed to the international carrier who will in turn
contact staff travel and Interline for approval.
- A maximum of three AD75's per year will be authorised per approval IATA location.
- All AD75 tickets are issued by American Airlines at the staff travel and Interline department. Similarly, ticket
on departure (TOD) and prepaid ticket advice (PTA) is not permitted on AD75s.
- You can check the fare Y/J/F (levels) yourself and deduct 75% off the full fare. No restricted fares
permitted. Fare quotes and space must be confirmed by the staff travel and interline department and will be handled once
the application has been received. Please price using the formats below, according to your CRS system.

- Payment can only be made by company cheque, which is IATA bonded. Credit cards are not accepted for AD75
travel.
- Cheques should be made payable to American Airlines. Post cheque to the following address:

Certain embargo dates apply for reduced rate travel. All bookings will be checked for these dates.
- If a travel agent has an automated CRS they should make the reservation themselves on their own system. If not, the
Staff Travel and Interline Department will make reservations for them and will advise option. We will
check alternative flights a day either side of the day specified.
- No AAdvantage miles are permitted on AD75 travel.
- AD75 and AD50 tickets are confirmed seats.
