Effective August 01, 2005,
American Airlines will no longer offer queue servicing in Amadeus, Galileo or Worldspan CRS systems.
American will continue to provide a comprehensive information on all
of American Airlines’ policies, procedures and products on our
country-specific websites in an easy-to-find format.

Fare Requests and releasing bookings
For any fare requests you can contact our Tariff department directly. Please dial
01 602 05 72 if you are calling from Ireland. Our opening hours
are 7.00 am - 8.00 pm (Monday - Friday) and
8.30am - 5.00pm (Saturday and Sunday) GMT.

QUEUE SERVICE FOR SABRE USERS

Overview
In a continuing effort to improve its service,
American Airlines presents its Sabre automated
queue service for its partners in the travel trade.
A variety of services can be requested
directly through Sabre by queuing PNR's to the
tariff department of AA's central European Reservations
centre in Dublin Ireland.
Please note our processing times are as follows;
We will aim to reply to your request within 4 hours during normal business hours:
Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm (GMT).
Requests received outside business hours can take up to 24 hours processing time.

Pricing fares and fare recalculations
If Sabre does not autoprice your itinerary,
American Airlines can calculate the fare manually
and create a PHASE IV.
If you want American Airlines to calculate the lowest fare
for the class of service booked, please document the
booking as follows:
5H- ATTN AA PLS CALCULATE LOWEST FARE
We will calculate the lowest fare and document it in 5H remarks.
We will also advise you what inventory needs to be booked for this
fare.
If you would like us to rebook the flight
inventory for you in order to build a PHASE IV
please authorise this with:
5H- AA PLS CALCULATE LOWEST FARE / OK TO CHG BKG INVENTORY
5H- PLS BUILD PHASE 4
Please queue the PNR to: QP/QEE241/4
This queue may also be used to request fare recalculations for
changes to ticketed reservations.

Receiving replies
We will reply to your request by requeuing the PNR to your Q0.
Special note:
If you have received a reply from us that indicates that we need more information
- or cannot fulfill your request, - and you need to respond to our reply, please requeue
the booking after you have documented it. We do not monitor bookings that we have
sent back to you.
