Airport Information

XClose Airport Information & Ticket Counters

American Airlines nonstop flight from Dublin to Chicago operates between 4 April and 27 October 2012.

Check-In

We have several check-in options available:

  • Check-in desks are located in Terminal 2 between counters 24-28.
  • Self-service check-in machines are located in Terminal 2 within the check-in area
  • Online Check-In is available from 24 hours and up to 2 hours before your flight departure time

After Check-in and before boarding the flight, you will pre-clear U.S. Immigration and Customs. By going through this process at Dublin airport, you will be considered as a U.S. domestic passenger upon arrival in Chicago allowing smoother connections if you are in transit to a different city and remove the need to claim and re-check your bags before continuing to your final destination.

Please ensure you allow enough time at the airport to complete this process. We recommend that you arrive at the airport 3 hours prior to your intended flight departure.
