To celebrate the completion of the upgrades to its fleet of Boeing 777s, American Airlines, in collaboration with Grand Hyatt Tokyo, is offering customers who purchase an eligible Business Class ticket on American Airlines official website, AA.com Japan, one night free stay at Grand Hyatt Tokyo. Campaign Terms and Conditions
Travel Dates : April 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010 (Arriving in Japan. Last day to depart Japan is March 31, 2010)

This is a tie-up campaign between American Airlines and Grand Hyatt Tokyo.
No personal information will be disclosed (except when mailing the Accommodation Certificate, and this includes American Airlines, Grand Hyatt Tokyo and/or its outsourcing company) such as name, address, phone number and email address, to other parties unless requested under legal requirements.
Purchase of transpacific Business Class (Booking Class: D or J) or First Class (Booking Class: F) on AA.com Japan is required to be eligible for this campaign.
Application will be invalid if reservation is canceled.
Must apply to receive a free stay at Grand Hyatt Tokyo. Download the form and mail it in with a copy of tickets and boarding passes (original) to the address below. Grand Hyatt Tokyo will send an Accommodation Certificate to your address within four weeks after receiving the application form.

Transpacific flights (except for code share flights operated by other carriers) are required with Business Class (Booking Class: J) and First Class (Booking Class: F) purchase. Upgrades from other booking classes are not eligible for this campaign.
One night stay per one adult fare round trip ticket will be awarded. No infant/child discounted tickets are eligible.
Applicants must be a resident of Japan. Any application with outside Japan address is invalid.
Accommodation Certificate is valid for six months from an issue date. Expiration date will not be extended under any circumstances. (Blackout Date: December 31, 2009 through January 4, 2010)
Any inquiries regarding hotel reservations should be directed to Grand Hyatt Tokyo. Contact information will be found on the back of the Accommodation Certificate. American Airlines is not able to answer any hotel-related inquiries. Rooms may not be available depending on availability and American Airlines is not responsible for room availability under any circumstances.
Accommodation Certificate will be issued with the passenger's name and the passenger may bring one guest. Accommodation Certificate is not transferrable and will be good for one night stay only. It will not be used for any payment other than for stay, such as restaurants and bars.
Accommodation Certificate will be mailed out after the trip is completed. Accommodation Certificate includes taxes, service charges and Tokyo Accommodation Tax (JPY200). Any personal expenses such as room service, dry cleaning, and transportation fees to/from hotel are at the passenger's responsibility. Room type will be Grand Room (Single or Double) and it cannot be changed to any other categories.
Accommodation Certificate cannot be used with any other coupons issued by Hyatt Hotels and Resorts or upgrade awards. Gold Passport Point cannot be earned. Accommodation Certificate is only valid at Grand Hyatt Tokyo and cannot be used at any of Hyatt Hotels or Resorts.
American Airlines cannot be held responsible for any incidents occurred during the stay.
