At American Airlines we understand the importance of a close and convenient meeting place which is why we have Executive Centers and conference rooms. Think of it as having a private office at the airport. There is no need to rent a car or even book a hotel for an overnight stay. Fly in for a client meeting, close the deal, and still be home in time for dinner. And anyone can book a meeting at an Admirals Club® location - no membership is required.

Our conference rooms are equipped to meet the needs of an individual traveler or a large group. We also have Executive Centers located in four key business markets that offer state-of-the-art business facilities, professional staff and complimentary coffee and tea with full catering service available upon request.

  • Chicago: 26 conference rooms seating up to 22 people. Located in Terminal 3 between Gates H6 and K6.
  • Dallas/Ft Worth: Nine conference rooms seating up to 14 people. Located in Terminal C, between Gates 19 and 20.
  • New York LaGuardia: Eight conference rooms seating up to 16 people. Located in Concourse D, next to Gate 3.
Conference room amenities include speakerphones, computer data ports, presentation boards, TVs, VCRs, slide projectors and data projectors. Customers have access to fax machines, copiers, paper shredders, computer ports and workstations.
