Stow your good intentions under the seat and prepare for a little indulgence. Everything we serve has been carefully chosen for freshness and flavour - in fact our award winning menu has been created by three of the world's best known chefs: Stephen Pyles, Dean Fearing and Nancy Barocci. On flights departing from Shanghai, we also work with local chefs to create meals indicative of the departing country. New Chinese-inspired entrees items with steamed rice, it's the best eating to be found at 35,000 feet.
