Aadvantage

What does the next step of merger with
US Airways mean for AAdvantage members?

In the second quarter of 2015, we’ll combine our loyalty programs into the AAdvantage program. If you have an account in both Dividend Miles and AAdvantage, you’ll have the opportunity to match your accounts in early 2015 so we can combine your award mileage balances, elite-qualifying activity and million mile activity from both programs. For now, each program will continue to operate separately, with select reciprocal benefits for each other's members. And rest assured your miles and elite status are safe and secure.

In the meantime, continue to book travel, earn miles and manage your account on aa.com, and visit our merger page for up-to-date news. We will follow up with you when the option becomes available for you to match your accounts.
