This offer is open only to AAdvantage members who are AAdvantage Executive Platinum, AAdvantage Platinum, or
AAdvantage Gold members as of December 31, 2009. Registration prior to midnight, (CT) December 15, 2009 is required. A valid email address with e-Summary opt-in must be on file with the AAdvantage program by December 31, 2009, in order to be notified and sent instructions on how to select the reward online.

Qualifying miles/points must be posted to the AAdvantage member's account by January 9, 2010 to qualify for this offer.

Qualifying miles/points are elite-status qualifying miles and points earned when you purchase eligible fare tickets and fly on American Airlines, American Eagle, AmericanConnection®, Alaska Airlines (including Horizon Airlines), British Airways, Cathay Pacific Airways (includes Dragonair), Finnair, Iberia, Japan Airlines, LAN, Malév Hungarian Airlines, Mexicana (effective Nov. 10, 2009), Qantas Airways, Royal Jordanian, and/or American Airlines codeshare flights. Members who have qualified for this offer will receive an email in January 2010 instructing them how to claim their reward online. The instructional email will also designate a six week time frame in which members must make their selection. Request for a reward after this date will not be accepted. Members should select their reward carefully as no changes are allowed once the reward request has been submitted. There are no additional fees for claiming a reward; however taxes and fees relating to award travel are the responsibility of the member. This offer and the associated rewards are neither transferable nor refundable unless otherwise stated. These rewards have no cash value and may not be bartered or sold. For AAdvantage Executive Platinum members, maximum of two rewards may be earned/selected. With the exception of the Single One-Year Admirals Club Membership, which is limited to one membership per person for the qualifying member only, AAdvantage Executive Platinum members may select two different rewards from their list of options or two of the same reward. Individual Reward Terms and Conditions

One-Way Systemwide Upgrades are confirmed upgrades valid to the next class of service at the time of booking when flying on most Business Class or Economy Class fares on American Airlines marketed and operated flights. One 1-Year Admirals Club Membership is valid for a single membership or a single renewal of an existing Admirals Club membership. Renewal memberships will be effective at the end of the 2010 membership expiration date. This offer does not include the addition or renewal of a spouse membership. If current membership includes a spouse membership, the spouse membership will automatically expire at original expiration date unless spouse membership is renewed separately and payment is received. Admirals Club memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. No retro-active credits or refunds will be given for previous membership purchase. Admirals Club membership is open to all persons 18 years of age and over and is subject to all rules and conditions set by American Airlines. Admirals Club Day Passes grants one person access to the Admirals Club on single day of travel. One-day pass visitor must hold a same-day ticket for airline travel that allows clearance through security for flight departure and access to the Admirals Club lounge. Lounge access is subject to space availability. If you are traveling through multiple cities with lounges, you may use the same day pass to access more than one lounge that day (if traveling overnight, the pass is also valid at the first point of arrival the following day unless lounge access is restricted due to airport security and regulations). Day pass is non-refundable, non-changeable, non-transferable and is only valid in Admirals Club lounges. Guests are not permitted to accompany the Day Pass holder. This Day Pass is valid through December 31, 2010.
Admirals Club One-Day Pass Terms And Conditions.

500-Mile Upgrades may be used on flights of up to 500 miles which are marketed and operated by American Airlines within and between the 50 United States, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, the Bahamas, Bermuda, and between the U.S. and Central America. 500-mile upgrades are subject to seating limitations and capacity controls and may be requested when you book your reservations. If seating is available, upgrades will be confirmed at 72 hours prior to departure for AAdvantage Platinum members and 24 hours for AAdvantage Gold members. AAdvantage Bonus Miles will be posted to the members account approximately six (6) weeks after selection period ends. Bonus miles do not count toward elite-status qualification.

Gift of AAdvantage Gold Status for a Friend allows the member to designate one individual as an AAdvantage Gold status member. This individual must be an AAdvantage member. If not an AAdvantage member, the individual may enroll online at www.aa.com/enroll. This membership and associated benefits will be valid from March 1, 2010 through February 28, 2011. The gifting of AAdvantage Gold Status may not be bartered or sold.

Luggage Tags are personalized with the member's name and elite-status level. A set consists of two individual luggage tags. Luggage tags may only be selected by members residing in the U.S. or Canada.
