Print Your Itinerary and Receipt On AA.com


AA.com makes it easy to access your future or past itinerary and receipts, so you'll always have your travel plans when you need them. Learn how to review and print a copy of a past itinerary and receipt.

Here's how to get started:

  • Select "My Reservations" from the tab located on the AA.com home page, or within the " Reservations" section.

  • Login using your AAdvantage number. To view itinerary details for a specific reservation, simply "Select" the reservation you are looking for from the list provided on the "View Flight Reservations" page.

  • Don't have an AAdvantage number? Select the "CONTINUE" button on the login page, which will take you to the "Find Reservations" page. Enter your first and last name and your record locator (your six-letter reference code), then click "Go." To view itinerary details for a specific reservation, simply "Select" the reservation you are looking for from the list provided.

  • Once your Itinerary Details are displayed on the screen, click the "PRINT ITINERARY & RECEIPT" button to continue.

    Note: If you have not yet paid for your ticket, you can still print your Itinerary using the "PRINT ITINERARY" button.

  • A detailed itinerary and receipt will then be displayed on screen, including flight number, passengers name(s), arrival and departure times, and the total ticket fare. Click "PRINT PAGE" to complete the transaction.

    Note: If you have not yet paid for your ticket, only your itinerary information will be displayed.

There are some situations where your itinerary or receipt will not be available to print:
  • Your reservation has been canceled.
  • You have made a change and your ticket has not been reissued.
  • You make changes to your ticketed reservation and your reservation contains multiple currencies.
  • Your reservation contains flights that are operated by other carriers but marketed by American Airlines.

Print A Copy Of A Past Itinerary And Receipt

You can review and/or print a copy of a past ticket for most tickets purchased within the past 9 months by going to www.refunds.aa.com. Once on the Refund page, fill in the 'Request A Refund' section with the following information:
  • Enter the 13 digit ticket number
  • Enter the passengers last name in the fields provided
  • Then select GO
