The objective of this bid calendar is to give suppliers the opportunity to see what bidding opportunities are on the horizon here at American Eagle Airlines. Please email supplierdiversity.eagle@aa.com prior to contacting the Commodity Manager about bidding opportunity.

There are four major areas of opportunities. These include:

Aircraft Programs Purchasing - Aircraft configuration products
Field Services - Various services required at airports and other facilities
Food & Beverage - Food products, distribution and catering services
Operations - Indirect products and suppliers needed to conduct daily operations


Bids have been separated in these categories for ease in searching. Depending upon the goods and services your company provides, you may want to look in each category.
