Schedule Change - Notification Queue for Weekend

American will be adjusting schedules this weekend. Please review your schedule change queues to ensure customer acceptance of the new itinerary updated by American or if the new itinerary is unacceptable please follow the schedule change procedures.

Please refer to Schedule Change – Rule 240/80 –Schedule Irregularity for reissue or possible refund request procedures.

Spanish Trade Union (IB Pilots) Upcoming Strikes

American has been advised the Spanish SEPLA airline pilots union that represents IB pilots have announced a series of strikes that will take place every Monday and Friday effective April 9 - July 20, 2012. Please reassure your customers that at this time Iberia has not cancelled any flights. We will keep you updated as additional information is known.

AA.com Check-in Issues

Iberia Strike Dates

American has been advised that the Spanish SEPLA airline pilots union that represents Iberia pilots have announced a series of 24 one day strikes, March 16, 19, 23, 25, 26, 30, 2012 and April 2, 4, 9, 13, 16, 20, 23, 27, 30, 2012 and May 2, 4, 7, 11, 14, 18, 21, 25, 28, 2012. Please reassure customers that at this time Iberia has not cancelled any flights. We will keep you updated as additional information is known.

Schedule Change - Sabre booking errors on 19FEB12

During our normal schedule update on February 19, 2012, reservations booked by Sabre Subscribers may have incorrect departure and arrival times compared to what was actually booked when Sabre returned the information back to American Airlines. We are aware of the situation and are in the process of reviewing all reservations to ensure valid minimum connection times. Please review your schedule change queues to ensure customer acceptance of the new itinerary updated by American or if the new itinerary is unacceptable please follow the schedule change procedures.
