Everything we serve has been carefully chosen for freshness and flavour - in fact our award winning menu has been created by our American Airlines Chefs' Conclave. On flights departing from Europe, we also work with local chefs to create meals indicative of the departing country. So whether it's the seafood appetiser or the lamb shank with tomato coulis, it's the best eating to be found at 35,000 feet.

  • Savour a glass of wine from our award-winning wine lists. American Airlines has been honoured for its First Class Wine Cellar and for the Lustau La Plaza Vieja sherry. Our wine consultant Ken Chase will continue to bring you fine wines. When selecting wines, he pays careful attention to how wines will be paired with our menu offerings and seeks wines that reflect the ethnic, cultural, seasonal and stylistic differences of each destination.
