The American Airlines AAdvantage® program on Broadway website (“Broadway site”) has been developed and is managed by Audience Rewards, LLC in order to provide a benefit to AAdvantage customers. American Airlines and Audience Rewards reserve the right to amend, suspend or terminate access to the Broadway site at any time at their sole discretion.
In order to purchase theatre tickets and earn miles for theatre tickets on the Broadway site, AAdvantage customers must be a member in good standing in the AAdvantage program and must register their AAdvantage account number with a free Audience Rewards account. In order to register an AAdvantage account and use the Broadway site, AAdvantage members will be prompted to register by providing their name, email address, and AAdvantage number. All personal information provided by the member will only be used to enable Audience Rewards to confirm with American Airlines the number of miles earned for ticket purchases. Any information provided during the registration process on the Broadway site will not replace or update any information in the member's AAdvantage account profile. At the time of registration, AAdvantage members can also opt in to receive communications that highlight special earning and redeeming offers about theatre and live entertainment. AAdvantage members can also change their opt-in and opt out status at any time by logging in to their Audience Rewards account and changing their personal preferences.
All tickets purchased by AAdvantage members are on a first-come first-serve basis and are subject to limited availability. AAdvantage members, when registering on the Broadway site, will be prompted to select earn miles in the AAdvantage program automatically for all of their future ticket purchases to participating shows. Mileage earning opportunities apply to specific shows, performance dates, and seat types and will be indicated on the Broadway site or through email communications to members. A maximum of 16 tickets, per show per venue per calendar year are eligible for mileage earning. At a minimum, AAdvantage members will earn the following miles for ticket purchases to the participating shows:
When purchasing tickets on the Broadway site or through a participating show's authorized ticketing system, AAdvantage members must enter their Audience Rewards number (that has an AAdvantage account number registered to it) when prompted during the purchase process. This allows for the proper tracking and awarding of points to member accounts. Mileage retro claims tickets purchased that did not have an Audience Rewards number entered during the ticket process will not be awarded.
Please allow 6-8 weeks for all miles earned for theatre ticketing purchases to be posted to your AAdvantage account following the date of the performance.
Certain tickets and special offers are booked using different ticketing systems or against special inventory allotments and once the purchase is made seats are assigned within 24 hours if purchased during regular business hours. For these tickets, unless otherwise stated, customers will be assigned the best available seats in the orchestra or front mezzanine seating sections.
