In this role, he leads the airline's commercial strategy, planning and performance across alliances and partnerships, cargo, co-branded credit card program, loyalty, network planning, revenue management, and sales and distribution. He also co-leads the Customer Experience team alongside Chief Operating Officer David Seymour.

Nat began his airline career at Northwest Airlines in finance, strategy, and alliances and joined Delta's leadership team following its merger with Northwest in 2008.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in history from Duke University and a Master of Business Administration in strategy, finance and transportation management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
