American Airlines, Inc. (“American Airlines”) offers the Million Miler™ program for members of the AAdvantage® program who earn one million AAdvantage® miles. The AAdvantage Million Miler™ program is part of the AAdvantage® program and is subject, at all times, to the AAdvantage® terms and conditions.

Any capitalized terms used but not defined in these AAdvantage Million Miler™ program terms and conditions will have the meaning ascribed in the AAdvantage® terms and conditions.

Only AAdvantage® miles earned through travel on eligible American Airlines marketed flights or flights offered by certain airline AAdvantage® Partners count toward AAdvantage Million Miler™ status. Travel on fares that are ineligible to earn AAdvantage® miles will not be counted toward your Million Miler™ status. Bonus Miles, such as most AAdvantage® miles earned through special promotional offers, do not count toward Million Miler™ status. American Airlines reserves the right, at its discretion, to determine which AAdvantage® miles count toward AAdvantage Million Miler™ status. AAdvantage® miles that are counted towards Million Miler™ status are always distance based, and the amount of miles applied towards Million Miler™ status may be different than the amount of AAdvantage® miles that accrue to your account for the same flight transaction.

Businesses that are members of the AAdvantage Business℠ program are not eligible for the Million Miler™ program.

American Airlines reserves the right to change these AAdvantage Million Miler™ program terms and conditions, the AAdvantage Million Miler™ program more generally, and any thresholds and benefits contained in these Million Miler™ program terms and conditions at any time with or without notice. AAdvantage® members who are part of the Million Miler™ program may earn additional benefits upon earning AAdvantage® miles beyond certain additional thresholds, as determined by American Airlines in its discretion. Benefits earned through the Million Miler™ program may be subject to their own terms and conditions.

If you obtained lifetime status through Million Miler™ , your lifetime status means the lifetime of that program. For example, if you obtained lifetime AAdvantage Gold® through Million Miler™, then you have obtained such status for the duration of the AAdvantage Gold® program.

AAdvantage® status earned in connection with the Million Miler™ program is personal to the AAdvantage® member who qualified for the Million Miler™ program and is non-transferable.
